First time visiting. I wasn't sure what to expect.. The staff were lovely, the manager Callum was very patient with me asking a barrage of questions (I'm fussy eater & have allergies). The burger & fries I ordered were SO good, I haven't had a burger THAT good in a while. I found the prices to ve pretty ok. It's a bit steep for a bottle of water, but I can live with it as the food made up for it! I will definitely be back
Tom and Carol helped me jump start my car when the battery went dead at the second window using Toms car. It was a nightmare but they were so friendly and supportive in fixing the issue! As always the food was superb, and i found out I need to get a new car battery!
Took my niece there. She hasnt tried 5guys before, she got double cheese burger with fries with a banana milkshake and she loved it. I got triple cheeseburger patties with no bun and peanutbutter and bacon milkshake was beautiful recommend people trying them when they go!
It was fantastic, great service, great burger! Was a problem with the til and they dealt with it brilliantly. Only downside was that they had ran out of the lager I wanted but the bud was just as good
I have visited the Five Guys restaurant with family. I am so impressed with the service . Very polite and very knowledgeable staff As this was our first visit we were not sure about the food. Staff was very helpful and recommended the meals for us. Amazing food and very good service. Strongly recommend this place. Thank you
I have been here twice now and I am hooked on these burger and fries!.. I've tried the cheeseburger and little cheeseburger and they do not disappoint!... Those patties are to die for and that cheese is amazing. Canjun fries are delish and the Strawberry Milkshake is so creamy and made with actual fruit... Staff are really friendly and helpful, the restaurant has been clean when I've been around. Good music, spacious bathrooms, great signage. All in all an awesome visit. I choose Five Guys over any other fast food restaurant here in Stockton, for sure. Yes it may be a little bit on the pricey side as everything is paid separately, but definitely WORTH it.
Excellent customer service lady who took order was very friendly. Food was prepared fresh but still speedy service. Milkshakes are amazing. Refillable soft drinks have lots of choice and flavours. Burgers are delicious and the fries are very tasty portions are huge.
Great food, brilliant milkshakes. Friendly & helpful staff. Great tasting burgers small fries was enough to feed two of us, which was well advised by the helpful lady which took our order. Would definitely return and much more filling than the "usual" burger places available in the close vicinity. Can't wait to try again!
